Better Fridays: Food Growing & Mental Health

If you're feeling down, want to get out and enjoy nature, you could try Better Fridays  every Friday at Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses.
Help to grow, cook and eat tasty veg at free gardening sessions until mid October. You are welcome to bring along a friend or relative with you for support.
Cat and Cathy run  the Friday morning sessions and you can enjoy a home cooked lunch too. Cat is a qualified psychotherapist and Cathy, the education assistant, has worked in outside learning and play for over 5 years.
Arrive at 10.30 am and stay for lunch at 12.30pm. Feel free to join at any time up to Friday 19th October, which is the last session.
