Old Spike Roastery Alternative Advent Calendar 2025

Old Spike Roastery Alternative Advent Calendar 2025

25 November 2025

We so happy to be collaborating with Old Spike Roastery again on their Alternative Advent Calendar campaign. This year the campaign will support local groups IRMO, Kata Kata Food Pantry, Refugee Community Kitchen, Gaia Centre, COPEF Training Skills, and Share Community Café.

Here's how you can get involved:

·      This advent calendar works in reverse, you put something in instead of taking something out.

·      You start a month early so your advent food box is ready to donate in time for Christmas
·      Find a box (or two) and add your 24 items over 24 days

·      Start as soon as possible, so you can get enough items in time.

ALTERNATIVELY, choose your favourite product from the list and donate it in one of the Old Spike shops, where they will keep a box for their staff and customers to put their donations together too. See locations here.

☕️ What's next?

After completing your calendar (food box) over 24 days, on the 25th day, drop your completed box off at the Old Spike Roastery or in one of our shops and they’ll give you a free 200g bag of their Espresso Blend to say a big thank you! ☕️ Please check opening hours before taking your donations.

Old Spike will be collecting boxes between 15th & 19th December and delivering them to the different food banks, community groups in time for Christmas 🎄

Thank you for your support this festive season! 🎄🎄🎄
