Together We Cook is a new recipe book celebrating the diverse communities of Lambeth and Southwark.

It contains favourite recipes donated by local families that have been adapted to be low or medium in sugar, fat and salt.

Three members of the NHS  community nutrition and dietetic service (Maryam Bader, Ana Da Silva and Harriet Preston) have written the book with the help of many others.

Delicious recipes include cornmeal porridge, jerk chicken, veggie wraps, orange and carrot cake...oh, yes!
