Lambeth residents aged 50+ are invited to a wellbeing workshop focused on pain management. The session will share practical tips on managing pain during both movement and rest.

Taking place on Thursday 18 June, 11:30am–1:00pm at 5 Beaufoy Walk (SE11), the workshop includes free refreshments.
